摘要 随着我国超、特高压输电线路的快速发展,特高压主干电网的建成投运,远距离输送电能成为我国电网发展过程中的主要特点,特高压输电是国网公司实现提供清洁能源社会的关键。为此,介绍了一种与绝缘拉杆配套并可实时测量荷载的拉力传感装置,使用该装置进行超、特高压输电线路绝缘子更换带电作业时,可实时监测作业过程中的承力工具的荷载,并实时传输到现场专责安全监护人的手机上,便于安全监护人时刻关注并提醒作业人员,避免出现工器具超负荷工作,提高作业的安全性。 With the rapid development of ultra-high voltage(UHV)transmission lines in China,the completion and operation of ultra-high voltage backbone power grid,long-distance power transmission has become the main feature of China′s power grid development process.UHV transmission is the key to State Grid Corporation to achieve a clean energy society.For this reason,a tensile sensing device that can measure loads in real time in combination with insulated tie rods is introduced.When using this device for live operation of insulator replacement of UHV transmission line,the loads of bearing tools during operation can be monitored in real time and transmitted to the mobile phone of the dedicated safety Guardian on site,which makes it easy for the safety guardian to keep an eye on and remind the workers,avoid overloading of tools,and improve the safety of operation.
