呋喃二甲酸基聚酰胺分离膜的研究进展

摘要 聚酰胺反渗透膜具有盐截留率高、通量大和操作压力低等优点,能有效分离水中的盐及小分子有机物,是目前水深度处理的关键材料。然而,聚酰胺分离膜在化学稳定性、抗氧化性和抗菌性等方面仍然存在问题,需要通过改变共聚单体、制膜工艺、膜后处理方式等来满足不同分离要求。针对该问题,本文综述了国内外近呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)聚酰胺分离膜研究进展,调研了FDCA聚酰胺材料合成方法,综述了非溶剂致相分离法制备FDCA聚酰胺膜进展。阐释了FDCA聚酰胺分离膜脱盐和有机小分子截留途径,分析了膜结构与膜性能之间的关联。 Polyamide reverse osmosis membrane has the advantages of high salt rejection,high flux and low operating pressure,and it can effectively separate salt and small molecule organic matter in water,which made it become the key material for advanced water treatment.However,there are still some problems in chemical stability,oxidation resistance and pollution resistance of p-phthalic acid or trimesic acid based polyamide membrane,therefore,it is necessary to change the comonomer and membrane preparation process to meet different separation requirements.In order to solve above problems,this article reviews the research progress of FDCA polyamide separation membranes at home and abroad.We investigated the synthesis methods of FDCA polyamide materials,and the progress in the preparation of FDCA polyamide membranes using non solvent was well reviewed.We also explained the desalination and organic small molecule retention pathways of FDCA polyamide separation membranes,and the correlation between membrane structure and membrane performance was analyzed.
