天然气冷却异型翅片通道内流动与传热特性研究

摘要 通过数值计算模拟分析的方法研究了板翅式换热器内部翅片的几何参数对工质流动与传热特性的影响。分别分析了翅片间距、翅厚、翅片错开比以及翅片切开长度对流动和换热的影响,研究发现波纹锯齿翅片的传热能力最好,锯齿翅片次之,平直翅片的传热能力最差。且在不同工况下翅片结构参数存在着最佳值,在流动阻力增加较低的情况下获得更高的传热系数,从而为板翅式换热器的优化设计提供参考。 A numerical model was used in this paper to study the effects of fin parameters on the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the plate-fin heat exchanger.Accordingly,the flow characteristics with various fin thickness,fin pitch,fin length and fin staggered ratio was analyzed respectively.The results show that the corrugated serrated fin has the best heat transfer capacity,followed by the serrated fin and the flat fin has the worst heat transfer capacity.In addition,there is an optimal value of structure parameters to achieve a higher heat transfer coefficient under the condition of lower flow resistance,which can provide reference for the design of plate-fin heat exchanger.
