2-萘酚连续精馏工艺改进

摘要 采用萘磺化碱熔法生产2-萘酚过程中,2-萘酚精制采用釜式蒸馏工艺,生产自动化水平不高,且2-萘酚产品纯度低,生产中的废气废水污染环境。为此,开发了2-萘酚连续精馏工艺。通过设置原料气相缓冲罐实现粗酚产品的初步提质后,在干燥塔内除去轻组分,并在连续精馏塔内侧线采出纯度高达99.9%的2-萘酚产品。流程通过设置中间换热设备,回收塔顶蒸汽和釜液带出的热量,每天可节省天然气用量1440m3。且过程提高了2-萘酚的收率,降低了危废处理成本。 2-naphthol is purified by kettle distillation in the traditional process of naphthol sulfonation and alkali melting method,which is low automation level and complex process.Besides,2-naphthol has the low prepared purity and high production cost,the waste gas and wastewater in production pollute the environment.In order to improve the above problems,the continuous distillation process of 2-naphthol was developed to complete the refining of 2-naphthol.After the initial improvement of crude phenol products in the gas phase buffer tank,the light components were removed in the drying tower,and 2-naphthol product with a purity up to 99.9%was produced by the continuous distillation tower.The process can save 1440 m3 of natural gas per day by setting the intermediate heat exchange equipment to recover the heat from the steam and kettle liquid at the top of the tower.Moreover,the yield of 2-naphthol was increased and the treatment cost of hazardous waste was reduced.
