摘要
以黑龙江某硅藻土尾矿为原矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上,探究了擦洗—磁选—沉降分级—浮选联合工艺分步富集硅、铝、铁的可行性。结果表明:闭路流程可获得产率为18.01%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为19.86%的菱铁矿;产率为39.79%、SiO_(2)含量为62.54%的泥质;产率为8.21%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量为16.41%的硅铝矿;产率为33.99%、SiO_(2)含量为67.10%的富硅矿。
Based on property analyses of diatomite tailings from Heilongjiang,the feasibility of the combined process of scrubbing-magnetic separation-sedimentation classification-flotation to enrich Si,Al and Fe in steps was explored.The results showed that a siderite with yield of 18.01%and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 19.86%,a shale with yield of 39.79%and SiO_(2) content of 62.54%,a aluminosilicate with yield of 8.21%and Al_(2)O_(3) content of 16.41%,a silica-rich ore with yield of 33.99%and SiO_(2) content of 67.10%was obtained after a closed-circuit process.
