摘要
以废旧聚乙烯蜡为原料,通过高温激发后改变反应条件在溶剂中制备氧化聚乙烯蜡,分别考察了激发温度、反应温度、反应时间和剂料比对氧化产品的影响。结果发现:产物都为黑色块状,高温诱导后得到的产物酸值明显高于直接氧化的产品,190℃高温诱导反应后的产物与185℃的产物酸值接近。
Oxidized polyethylene wax was prepared through high temperature excitation from the waste polyethene wax in the solvent.The effect of excitation,reaction temperature,reaction time and the ratio(the solvent to the feed)was studied.It can be found that the products are black and the acid value of the products through excitation is higher than that of the products oxidized directly.The acid value induced in 190℃is almost equal to that induced in 185℃.
