摘要
细支香烟滤棒从成型到卷接,需要进行固化处理。本文通过试验研究不同的固化时间,细支滤棒物理指标的变化情况,找到了其变化规律。随着固化时间的增加,硬度短时间内呈上升趋势,但趋势逐渐减缓并趋于平稳;压降、重量有所降低,但变化幅度均不大;圆周与固化时间不存在相关性。本文还对部分物理指标变化的机理进行了初步探究,同时对细支滤棒用于生产和产品研发的固化时间做出了指导性建议。
During the manufacturing and wrapping of slim cigarette filter rods,the process of solidification is needed.This article demonstrates how the physical properties of slim cigarette filter rods changes in terms of different solidification time.As the solidification time increases,the hardness is also increasing in the earlier stage,but getting flat as time goes on.There is a slight drop in terms of pressure drop and weight.There is no correlation between circumference and solidification time.Meanwhile,this article illustrates the study on the mechanism on the physical properties of slim cigarette filter rods which are crucial and significant for development and production.
