摘要
以城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为研究对象,利用飞灰替代石灰,制备石硫合剂,为飞灰资源化利用寻找新途径。通过比对试验,确定了利用飞灰制备石硫合剂的技术可行性,通过不同质量比、不同反应时间确定最佳试验条件,并通过与市售石硫合剂有效成分、重金属含量等比较,确定了自制石硫合剂的品质和农药应用安全性。结果表明:以城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为原料,制备石硫合剂技术可行,得到红褐色透明液体,波美度在20以上,主要成分为多硫化钙,最佳试验条件为:(硫磺:飞灰:水)质量比1:1:10,熬制时间45min。与市售石硫合剂相比有效成分相同、重金属含量无明显差异,可推广应用,实现飞灰资源化利用。
Taking MSW fly ash as the research object,using MSW fly ash instead of lime to prepare lime sulphur,to find a new way of resource utilization of MSW fly ash.Through comparison test,determined the technical feasibility of using MSW fly ash to prepare lime sulphur,and through the different mass ratio,reaction time to determine the best test conditions.The quality and pesticide application safety of lime sulphur were determined by comparing with the effective components and heavy metal content of lime sulphur sold on the market.The results showed that it was feasible to prepare lime sulphur with MSW fly ash as raw material,and the reddish-brown transparent liquid was obtained.The main component was calcium sulfide and more than 20°Bé.The optimum test conditions were the mass ratio(sulfur:fly ash:water)of 1:1:10,and the reaction time was 45 min.Compared with lime sulphur on the market,the active ingredients are the same and the heavy metal content has no obvious difference.It can be popularized and applied to realize the resource utilization of MSW fly ash.
