摘要
针对某公司循环水排污水处理系统采用多介质过滤器+双膜的处理工艺存在耐冲击性能差,无法有效保证循环水排污的缺点,在原有工艺流程变更为高密池+多介质过滤器+双膜的处理工艺,变更后通过运行对得出高密池对循环水浊度、COD、铁、油等指标处理,3天内产水浊度由30~60之间降至10以下,20~26天,系统循环水浊度由300NTU左右下降至40NTU以下,总铁从30mg/L左右下降至7mg/L;COD从350mg/L最低降至190mg/L,在排水量仅为220m3/h的条件下,26天内循环水浊度、总铁、COD等指标取得大幅下降,说明高密池对上述指标去除具有良好性能。但高密池产水直接循环回循环水将对循环水缓释阻垢控制产生不利影响;高密池+多介质过滤器可有效作为双膜的预处理单元。
In view of the fact that the treatment process of multi-media filter+double membrane used in the circulating water sewage treatment system of a company has poor impact resistance and can not effectively ensure the circulating water sewage discharge,the original process flow was changed to the treatment process of high-density tank+multi-media filter+double membrane.After the change,the high-density tank was used to treat the circulating water turbidity,COD,iron,oil and other indicators.The turbidity of the produced water decreased from 30~60 to less than 10 within 3 days,20~26 days.The turbidity of circulating water in the system decreases from about 300 NTU to less than 40 NTU,and the total iron decreases from about 30 mg/L to 7 mg/L;COD decreased from 350 mg/L to 190 mg/L at the lowest level.Under the condition that the drainage volume was only 220 m3/h,the turbidity,total iron,COD and other indicators of circulating water decreased significantly within 26 days,indicating that the high-density tank has good performance in removing the above indicators.However,the direct circulation of the produced water from the high-density tank back to the circulating water will have a negative impact on the slow release and scale inhibition control of the circulating water;High density cell+multi-media filter can be effectively used as the pretreatment unit of double membranes.
