摘要
为有效、精准抽采待揭煤层区域瓦斯,精准消突并缩短揭煤全过程的时间,提升揭煤效率,本文针对金佳矿揭煤区域实施的抽采钻孔抽采瓦斯过程中,揭煤区域以外的瓦斯涌入而造成瓦斯含量大、揭煤周期长问题,采用了注浆封闭揭煤区域后再施工抽采钻孔及注浆固化煤层顶板的方式,对石门快速揭煤技术做出了研究。通过对设计效果对比分析得出:与传统工艺揭煤的122运输石门揭过18#煤层相比,工作面达到消突目的,顶板得到有效控制,揭煤周期缩短了60.8%,减少钻孔施工3869m,经济节约772.0万元。该技术提高了抽采效率,缩短了石门揭煤周期,达到安全高效快速揭煤,是金佳矿面对高瓦斯强突煤层防突治理技术的重大突破。
In order to effectively and accurately extract the gas in the coal seam area to be uncovered,accurately eliminate the outburst and shorten the time of the whole process of uncovering coal,and improve the efficiency of uncovering coal,this paper aims at the problem of gas influx outside the uncovering coal area in the process of gas extraction by extraction boreholes in the uncovering coal area of Jinjia Mine.The method of constructing extraction boreholes and grouting to solidify coal seam roof after grouting to close the uncovering coal area was adopted,and the rapid uncovering coal technology in crosscut was studied.Through the comparative analysis of the design effect,it is concluded that compared with the traditional process of coal uncovering 122 transport cross-cut uncovering 18#coal seam,the working face achieves the purpose of eliminating outburst,the roof is effectively controlled,the coal uncovering cycle is shortened by 60.8%,the drilling construction is reduced by 3869 m,and the economy is saved by 7.72 million yuan.This technology improves the extraction efficiency,shortens the period of rock cross-cut coal uncovering,and achieves safe,efficient and rapid coal uncovering.It is a major breakthrough in the prevention and control technology of high gas and strong outburst coal seam in Jinjia Mine.
