脉冲爆燃造缝解堵工艺技术与其现场应用

摘要 目前多数油田进入了低渗透、特低渗透储层的开发阶段,油水井受到不同程度的堵塞污染,地层近井区域的渗透率下降,致使单井产量严重下降。亟需研究出一种消除和碎解射孔污染、堵塞和压实带的技术。脉冲爆燃造缝解堵技术利用火药或火箭推进剂高速燃烧的方式,使井壁地层产生多条径向裂缝,与天然裂缝沟通,提高导流能力。该技术对近井地带的污染、堵塞具有很好的解堵作用,能有效降低表皮系数,提高渗透率,实现增产增注的目的。通过在岔20-55x等井的施工作业,证明了该技术具有良好的造缝解堵效果及应用前景。 At present,most oilfields have entered the development stage of low permeability and ultra-low permeability.Oil and water wells have been blocked and polluted to varying degrees,and the permeability of the near-well area of the formation has decreased,resulting in a serious decline in the production of single wells.It is urgent to develop a technology to eliminate and break perforation pollution,plugging and compaction zone.The pulse deflagration crack making and plugging removal technology uses the way of high speed combustion of gunpowder or rocket propellant to make multiple radial fractures in the wellbore formation communicate with natural fractures and improve the conductivity.This technology has a good effect on removing the pollution and plugging near the well,effectively reducing the skin factor,improving the permeability,and achieving the purpose of increasing production.Through field application in Cha 20-55x and other wells,it has been proved that this technology has good effect of fracture and plugging removal and application prospect.
