摘要
氮氧化物的排放可造成酸雨、雾霾等环境问题。基于环保新要求,烟气脱硝是企业生产必备的环节。本文从节能减排新标准与脱硝技术选择原则两方面给出了脱硝技术选择依据;对现有脱硝技术反应类型、工艺流程进行详细介绍;并对脱硝技术的工艺参数与工业化成本进行了对比。与其他脱硝技术相比,选择性催化脱硝技术以其低成本、高脱硝率、无二次污染物产生的优点在未来应用领域中占据主导地位。
Nitrogen oxide emissions could cause acid rain,haze and other environmental problems.Flue gas denitrification is a necessary link in the production of enterprises based on the new requirements of environmental protection.In this paper,the selection basis o f denitration technology is given from two aspects of the new energy conservation standard,emission reduction and the selection principle of denitration technology.The reaction types and process flow of the existing denitration technology are introduced in detail.The process parameters of denitration technology and the cost of industrialization are compared.Compared with other denitrification technology,selective catalytic denitration technology with its advantages of low cost,high denitrification rate,no secondary pollutants produced in the future application field will occupy a dominant position.
