新形势下如何开展印染行业清洁生产

How to Develop Cleaner Production in Printing and Dyeing Industry Under the New Situation

随着我国印染行业的不断发展壮大,印染能耗和污染受到社会的普遍关注,《中华人民共和国清洁生产法》颁布后,多数印染行业经历了二轮以上的清洁生产审核,取得了较好的节能减排效果。但是能源和环境管理要求的逐步加大,尤其是在目前绿色发展、低碳经济的理念下,印染行业怎样进一步做好清洁生产,对我国印染这个“双高”行业有着重要长远意义。本文从分析印染行业已经采取的清洁生产方法入手,积极探索了新形势下印染行业实施清洁生产的重点方向,以促进印染行业的健康发展,为印染行业的进一步节能减排提供思路。

With the continuous development of the printing and dyeing industry,the energy consumption and pollution have been the general concern of society.After the promulgation of the"Cleaner Production Law of the People's Republic of China",most of the printing and dyeing industry has undergone more than two rounds of cleaner production audit,and has achieved better effect of energy saving and emission reduction.But the requirements of energy and environmental management are gradually increasing,especially under the current concept of green development and lowcarbon economy,printing and dyeing industry how to further carry out clean production,it has a important significance to this"double high"industry.This article mainly analysis the method of cleaner production of printing and dyeing industry has taken,actively explores the key direction of cleaner production under the new situation which the printing and dyeing industry carrys out,thus promote the healthy development of printing and dyeing industry,and provide ideas for printing and dyeing industry to further implement energy conservation and emission reduction.
