“People-oriented”has significant guiding significance for the smooth implementation of ideological and political work.Adhering to the concept of“people-oriented,”this article addresses the problems existing in the ideological and political education system of medical students today,taking into account the characteristics of the profession,ideological dynamics,and the requirements of the Healthy China Strategy.It proposes new approaches to improving the ideological and political qualities of medical students,focusing on educational content related to ideological awareness,professional ethics,humanistic spirit,exemplary models,and innovative use of Internet platforms.Furthermore,it explores innovative teaching methods for ideological and political courses and the ideological work of counselors,aiming to construct an ideological and political education system that is more suitable for the individual development of undergraduate medical students.The goal is to promote comprehensive improvement in the quality of medical students and provide strong talent support for advancing the Healthy China strategy.
