金属-有机骨架膜的制备及性能研究的实验设计

摘要 设计了一种新型金属-有机骨架材料(MOF)膜制备方法,以ZnO晶种液为基础,通过溶剂热生长得到ZnO阵列晶种层,然后采用二次生长法得到了致密ZIF-8膜。采用XRD、TF-IR和SEM对材料进行了表征,并对膜的水处理性能进行了测试。结果表明,ZIF-8膜中ZIF-8晶型完整;ZIF-8的特征峰与其结构中的化学键相吻合;ZnO晶种在基底上以垂直阵列形态分布,ZIF-8晶体颗粒间具有良好的连续致密性,ZIF-8膜层的厚度约为5μm。在染料水的分离中,膜具有较高的水通量[367.0L/(m^(2)·h·MPa)]和优异的截留性能,对甲基橙、酸性橙、甲基蓝和刚果红的截留率分别为97.0%、99.6%、100.0%和100.0%。 A novel preparation method of MOF membrane was designed.Firstly,ZnO array seed layer was obtained by solvent thermal method based on Zn O seed solution.Then a dense ZIF-8 membrane was obtained by secondary growth.The material was characterized and analyzed by XRD,TF-IR and SEM.The water treatment performance of the membrane was tested and analyzed.The XRD results show that the ZIF-8 crystal is intact.FT-IR results show that the characteristic peaks of ZIF-8 are consistent with the chemical bonds.The SEM results show that Zn O are distributed on the substrate as vertical arrays.The ZIF-8 crystals were continuous and compact.The thickness of ZIF-8 membrane is about 5μm.For the separation performance,the membrane shows high water flux(367.0 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa))and excellent retention properties(the rejection rates of methyl orange,acid orange,methyl blue and congo red are 97.0%,99.6%,100.0%and 100.0%,respectively).
