无来流扑翼气动力测量装置性能研究

摘要 为了研究仿鸟扑翼飞行器气动力设计了一种固定在新型悬臂梁式测量装置。在无来流的条件下,对直流电动机驱动传动机构使扑翼做往复运动时产生的气动力、影响扑翼升力和推力因素(电压、电源和电流)进行了研究。结果表明:锂电池电压减小,升力和推力扑动频率及推力曲线峰值减小;恒压源比锂电池电源对扑翼飞行器气动力影响较小;电流的变化对扑翼飞行器的气动力影响最大,电流大小是驱动扑翼拍动的关键参数。也证实了测量装置设计的合理性和适用性,并且具有高灵敏度,测量数据准确可靠,数值模拟实验原理简单,可为扑翼飞行器的机体和扑翼结构设计提供快捷的气动力测试数据支持及应用价值。 In order to study the performance of aerodynamic,a measuring device of flapping-wing is designed.This device is used to test and study the aerodynamic force of the bird-like flapping-wing aircraft in absence inflow,it is driven by DC motor and transmission mechanism.In addition,the factors affect aerodynamics such as the voltage,power supply and current.The flapping frequency and force of lift and thrust will reduce as voltage of lithium battery decreases.Constant voltage has less influence on the aerodynamics of flapping-wing aircraft.The current is the key parameter to drive flapping-wing aircraft which has the greatest influence on the lift and thrust.The measuring device is reasonable and applicable,high sensitivity,accurate and reliable measurement data,and simple test principle.It can provide fast aerodynamic test data support and value for the body and flapping wing structure design of flapping wing aircraft.
