摘要
现有窖池发酵温度监测手段不仅人力和物力耗费大,而且测量数据准确度低,针对这一系列问题,利用ZigBee无线传输技术和线性回归模型设计一套窖池温度测量装置。该装置采用线性回归模型对采集终端采集的温度数据进行处理,将处理后的数据通过ZigBee技术和MODBUS协议经RS485总线上传到上位机并显示。经该装置处理后的温度数据具有实时性强,精度高的特点。
The existing cellar fermentation temperature monitoring means not only consume manpower and material resources,but also have low measurement data accuracy,in view of this problem,a device is designed by using ZigBee infinite transmission technology and linear regression model.The device uses a linear regression model to process the temperature data collected by the acquisition terminal,and the processed data are transferred to the host computer through the RS485 bus and displayed through the ZigBee technology and MODBUS protocol.The temperature data processed by the device have the characteristics of strong real-time and high accuracy.
