摘要
在新工科更强调交叉性、实用性、综合性的背景下,将机械设计、机电传动控制、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和传感器及其应用等课程的实验通过数字孪生这一概念有机融合在一起,开发了一套基于数字孪生、面向机械设计制造及其自动化专业的机电课程综合实验平台。实验平台可实现包含机械设计、机电传动控制、PLC、传感器和组态监控软件各知识点的交叉融合实验,解决了机电类各课程之间的实验综合,为实验教学提供了新的思路和可行的模式。
Under the background that the emerging engineering emphasizes intersection,practicability and comprehensiveness,the experiments of courses such as mechanical design,electromechanical transmission control,programmable logic controller(PLC)and sensors and their applications are organically integrated through the concept of digital twin.At the same time,a comprehensive experimental platform for mechanical and electrical courses based on digital twin for mechanical design,manufacturing and automation has been developed.The experimental platform can realize the mutual comprehensive experiment including mechanical design,electromechanical transmission control,PLC,sensor and configuration monitoring software,which not only solves the experimental synthesis of electromechanical courses,but also provides new ideas and feasible methods for experimental teaching model.
