摘要
针对产教融合协同育人存在的实践教学与工程实践融合不足、校企师资融合不足等问题,设计了“三维度五层次”实践教学体系,提出产教融合协同育人的综合实训中心建设方案。通过学校自建、校企共建、校际共享的方式,搭建“资源共享平台、校企实训平台、第二课堂平台”三位一体的校内外实践教育平台,并构建“校企协同、分级联动”的教学质量监控机制,提高行业企业在育人过程的参与度,形成人才培养与行业企业需求相对接的产教融合专业共建机制,提高应用型人才培养质量。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient integration of practical teaching and practical engineering,insufficient integration of school and enterprise teachers,the construction of comprehensive practical training center of industryeducation integration and collaborative education is proposed on the base of the design of“three-dimensional and fivelevel”practical teaching system.The trinity practical education platform inside and outside the school of“resource sharing platform,school enterprise training platform and second classroom platform”has been built through selfconstruction,joint construction of schools and enterprises and inter school sharing.The teaching quality monitoring mechanism of“school enterprise coordination and hierarchical linkage”is constructed to improve the participation of industry enterprises in the whole education process.The professional co-construction mechanism of industry-education integration corresponding to the needs of industry enterprises has been formed to improve the training quality of applied talents.
