资源枯竭型城市的转型更新路径探索——以湖北省黄石市为例

我国资源型城市数量庞大,其中许多城市已进入资源枯竭阶段,转型发展成为这些城市面临的课题,而实施城市更新是解决资源枯竭型城市转型发展问题的有效手段,也是城镇化发展的必然趋势。文章在分析多个资源枯竭型城市转型经验的基础上,以资源枯竭型城市湖北省黄石市为例,剖析其发展历程和存在问题,并以城市更新行动为抓手,探讨城市转型发展的策略和方法,以期为其他谋求转型发展的资源枯竭型城市提供参考。

There is a large number of resource-based cities in China,and many of them face the transformation of urban development since they have entered the stage of resource exhaustion.Seeking transformation has become a problem faced by these cities,and the implementation of urban renewal is an effective means to effectively solve the problem of urban development,and also an inevitable trend of urbanization development.With an analysis of transformation and development of multiple cities,the paper takes Huangshi city,Hubei province,a pilot resource exhausted city towards transformation and development,as an example,analyzes its urban evolution and existing problems,studies the strategies and approaches of transformation by urban renewal,and provides a reference for other resource exhausted cities.
