摘要
目的分析河南省某三甲医院人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)受检者的感染情况及亚型分布特征,为HPV的防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用PCR+导流杂交法试验,对2017年9月至2022年8月河南省人民医院HPV受检者的分泌物样本进行HPV基因分型检测,包括14种高危型、5种疑似高危型和18种低危型共37种型别。结果115672例受检者中共检出HPV阳性23116例,阳性率19.98%,阳性率居前5位的亚型分别为HPV16、52、58、53和39型;男性和女性分别检测5139例和110533例,阳性率分别为33.84%和19.34%。男性HPV感染以低危型和单重感染为主,分别占56.70%、66.36%;女性以高危型为主,占63.80%,<18岁组以三重及以上感染为主,占47.31%,≥18岁组以单重感染为主,占73.51%。不同年龄组阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),<18岁组最高,为48.26%。结论河南省该医院受检者女性以高危型单重感染为主,男性以低危型单重感染为主,应加强HPV科普宣传、筛查和疫苗接种工作。
Objective To analyze and discuss the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and distribution characteristics of HPV subtypes in a level-A tertiary hospital of Henan so as to provide reference for the prevention and control strategies of HPV.Methods In total,37 types of human papillomavirus including 14 high-risk types,5 suspected high-risk types and 18 low-risk types were used to detect and classify the secretion samples of HPV patients in Henan People's Hospital from September 2017 to August 2022,using the method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)plus diversion hybridization test.Results A total of 23116 HPV positive cases were detected in 115672 patients,with a positive rate of 19.98%.The top five subtypes were HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV 39;of the total cases,males and females accounted for 5139 and 110533,with the positive rates of 33.84%and 19.34%,respectively.The male cases were mainly low-risk and single-infection type(56.70%).The female cases were mainly high-risk type,accounting for 63.80%.Females<18 years old were mainly infected with triple infection or more,accounting for 47.31%;females≥18 years old were mainly infected with single infection,accounting for 73.51%.The difference of positive rates in age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the infection rate in the group of<18 years old was the highest(48.26%).Conclusions The high-risk single infectionis is the main type in female examinees in this hospital of Henan,and the low risk single infection is the main type of infection in female examinees.The scientific publicity,vaccination and screening of HPV should be strengthened.
