2017-2021年河南省孟津县布鲁氏菌病流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Mengjin county of Henan province,2017-2021

目的分析河南省孟津县人间布鲁氏菌病发病情况,探寻流行规律,为及时调整防控策略提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统数据及个案调查资料,运用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果2017-2021年共报告布鲁氏菌病148例,年均发病率7.10/10万,发病率总体呈上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势=19.105,P=0.001)。孟津县10个镇均有病例报告,3-7月是发病高峰,占64.19%。男性高于女性,主要集中在40~69岁年龄组,占64.22%,职业分布以农民为主,占94.59%。通过养殖牛羊感染111例,占75.00%。结论河南省孟津县布鲁氏菌病疫情呈上升趋势,应针对疾病流行特点,加强人畜间联防联控,有效遏制疫情发展。

Objective To analyze the incidence of human brucellosis in Mengjin district from 2017 to 2021 in order to explore the epidemic pattern and provide an evidence for timely adjustment of prevention and control strategies.Methods The data were extracted from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and case investigation.Statistical analysis was carried out using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results From 2017 to 2021,a total of 148 cases of brucellosis were reported in Mengjin,with an average annual incidence of 7.10/10^(5),and the incidence of brucellosis showed an upward trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=19.105,P-0.001).Cases were reported in 10 towns in Mengjin district,and the peak incidence was from March to July(accounting for 64.19%).The incidence in males was higher than that in females;the age distribution was mainly concentrated in the age group of 40-69 years(accounting for 64.22%);the occupation was mainly farmers(accounting for 94.59%).Of the total cases,111 were infected through raising sheep and cattle,accounting for 75.00%.Conclusions The incidence of brucellosis in Mengjin is on the rise;based on the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis,joint prevention and control measures between people and animals should be strengthened to effectively stop the spread of the disease.
