地方高校考务人员队伍问题及内涵式发展策略 被引量:1

摘要 我国地方高校在办学规模、校院分治和权力结构上都有其共性特点,职能部门教务处被称为第一大处,考试管理是教务处的一项重要职能。随着高等教育进入普及化时代,校内考试规模不断扩大,复杂程度日趋提升,为保证考试组织的科学化、标准化,按照上级考试指导部门普遍的明文要求,各级各类考试组织管理工作愈加向教务处集中。地方高校考务人员工作的外延不断扩大,在高校内涵建设的背景下,考务人员的内涵建设亟须加强。基于此,分析地方高校考务人员队伍建设中存在的问题,提出促进地方高校考务人员内涵发展的策略。 China's local colleges and universities have their common characteristics in terms of school scale,school division and power structure,and the functional department of Academic Affairs Office is called the largest department,and examination management is an important function of Academic Affairs Office.As higher education enters the era of popularization,the scale of on-campus examinations continues to expand and the complexity is increasing.In order to ensure that the examination organization is scientific and standardized,the organization and management of various types of examinations at all levels are increasingly concentrated in Academic Affairs Office in accordance with the general requirements of the superior examination guidance department.The extension of the work of examination personnel in local colleges and universities is constantly expanding.Under the background of the connotation construction of colleges and universities,the connotation construction of examination personnel urgently needs to be improved.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of examination personnel in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the strategies to promote the connotation development of examination personnel in local colleges and universities.
