Research on Cultivation Path of Foreign-related Police Talents in Police Colleges Based on National Strategic Needs

涉外警务是涉外法治的有机组成部分。基于此,将涉外警务人才纳入涉外法治人才培养总体范畴,以满足国家战略需求为导向,明晰涉外警务人才培养的时代需求、涉外警务概念的调整和人才培养新定位,分析涉外警务人才培养现状及存在的问题,探索新时代涉外警务人才培养路径,以期为进一步推动公安教育国际化,为中国高效参与全球安全治理提供智力支持。

Foreign-related police is an organic component of foreign-related rule of law.Based on this,foreign-related police talents are included into the overall category of cultivating the talents of foreign-related rule of law,in order to meet the national strategic needs.This paper clarifies the requirements of the times to cultivate the foreign-related police talents,the adjustment of the concept of foreign-related police and the the new orientation of talent cultivation,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of foreign-related police talent cultivation,and explores the path of cultivating foreign-related police talents in the new era,so as to further promote the internationalization of public security education and provide intellectual support for China's efficient participation in global security governance.
