摘要
随着信息时代的到来,幼儿教师不仅要具备信息技术能力,还要具备多维知识整合能力和TPACK专业素养。基于幼儿教师TPACK的含义及特征,结合调查访谈,从幼儿教师信息化教育意识、对信息技术掌握情况及学习交流平台建设等方面,总结幼儿教师TPACK发展现状。在此基础上,提出增强幼儿教师职业认同感、加强系统课程培训、建设信息化环境等提升路径,以期为信息化背景下幼儿教师TPACK发展提供参考。
With the arrival of the information era,preschool teachers should not only have information technology capabilities,but also have the abilities to integrate multi-dimensional knowledge and TPACK professional qualities.Based on the meaning and characteristics of TPACK for preschool teachers,this paper summarizes the current situation of preschool teachers TPACK from the aspects of preschool teachers consciousness of information education,their mastery of information technology and the construction of learning and communication platform in the combination with investigation and interview.On this basis,this paper puts forward some paths to enhance preschool teachers professional identity,strengthen systematic curriculum training and build information environment,so as to provide some references for the development of preschool teachers TPACK under the background of informatization.
