个性化德育是一种基于学生思想意识和行为分析而构建的“因材施教”的德育模式,其主要目的是实现学生德育教育的差异化,促进学生的个性自由发展。在大数据时代,个性化德育教育可以充分地利用数据资源,实时动态地掌握每个学生的学习和兴趣情况,并进行创新引导。与传统德育教育相比,结合大数据的个性化德育,无论是在理论范式、基本要素还是在课程规划上,都有着较大的不同。需要充分地把握学生的成长规律,不断创新。基于此,以红色资源的应用为例,阐述个性化德育教育的主要创新模式和方法。

Personalized moral education is a kind of moral education mode based on students ideological consciousness and behavior analysis.Its main purpose is to realize the differentiation of students moral education and promote the free development of students personality.In the era of big data,personalized moral education can make full use of data resources,grasp the situation of learning and interest of each student real-time dynamically,and provide innovative guidance.Compared with traditional moral education,personalized moral education combined with big data is quite different in terms of theoretical paradigm,basic elements and curriculum planning.It is necessary to fully grasp the law of students growth and continue to innovate.Based on this,this paper takes the application of red resources as an example,and illustrates the main innovative modes and methods of personalized moral education.
