新时代高职学生领导力的培养策略——以H学院交通运营管理专业为例

Training Strategies of Leadership of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era—Taking Transportation Operation Management Specialty of H College as an Example

领导力是当今国内外高等院校都非常重视的大学生通识能力。随着时代的进步和个人自我认知的提升,高职院校的学生对领导力的养成需求也逐步凸显。高职学生作为高等教育的一个主要群体,是职场中的重要角色,也是推动国家和社会发展的有生力量。因此,除了培养扎实的专业技能,还要对他们在领导能力方面进行综合培养,这是新时代对人才培养的要求,是学生职业生涯发展的基石,也是应对未来竞争的综合能力。当前职业院校的人才培养大多还停留在专业技术技能层面,对学生的内在驱动力、人际交往能力、影响力等方面的引领培养还不够重视。鉴于此,以H学校的交通运营管理专业学生为例,通过调研,对当前存在的问题进行分析,并探讨高职学生领导力的培养策略。

Leadership is the general ability of college students that colleges and universities at home and abroad attach great importance to today.With the progress of the times and the improvement of personal self-cognition,the needs for leadership development of students in higher vocational colleges have gradually become prominent.As a major group of higher education,higher vocational students play an important role in the workplace and are also the main force to promote the development of the country and society.Therefore,It is necessary to comprehensively train their leadership ability,which is the requirement of talent training in the new era,the cornerstone of students career development,and the comprehensive ability to cope with future competition in addition to cultivating solid professional skills.At present,most of the talent training in vocational colleges still stays at the level of professional and technical skills,and the guidance and training of students internal driving force,interpersonal skills,influence and other aspects are not paid enough attention.This paper takes the students of transportation operation management specialty of H College as an example,analyzes the existing problems through investigation,and discusses the training strategies of higher vocational students leadership.
