新时期职业教育产教融合育人模式

Mode of Production-education Integration in Vocational Education in the New Era

新时代社会经济发展和行业结构调整的必要路径是职业教育产教融合,这也是建设和改革职业教育体系的一个重要组成部分。但是在校企合作的育人模式中仍然有很多困难存在,这对于推进职业教育改革形成了很大的制约。因此,应该以政府、产业、企业、院校为主体维度,构建多渠道人才培养路径,重构职业教育产教融合育人模式。基于此,分析产教融合的内涵以及职业教育产教融合的特征,并阐述职业教育产教融合的必然性,同时指出新时期职业教育产教融合育人模式存在的不足,最后提出新时期职业教育产教融合育人模式的实践路径,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考。

The necessary path of social and economic development and industry structure adjustment in the new era is production-education integration in vocational education,which is also an important part of the construction and reform of vocational education system.However,there are still many difficulties in the education mode of school-enterprise cooperation,which restricts the promotion of vocational education reform.Therefore,it is necessary to take the government,industry,enterprises and colleges as the main dimensions,build a multi-channel talent training path,and reconstruct the mode of production-education integration in vocational education.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of production-education integration in vocational education,and expounds the inevitability of production-education integration in vocational education.At the same time,this paper also points out the shortcomings of production-education integration in vocational education in the new era,and finally puts forward the practical path of production-education integration in vocational education in the new era,in order to provide some reference for the future related research.
