摘要
随着《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》的出台和“双减”政策的颁布,劳动教育日益受到人们的重视。劳动教育是学生全面发展的重要一环,是“五育”发展的基础,农村学校重视劳动教育对助推乡村振兴发展具有积极意义。然而在农村中小学教育中,由于受到应试教育和各种不良因素的影响,劳动教育在社会、学校、家庭中被忽视,大多数学生也未能树立科学的劳动观。鉴于此,从学生自觉践行、家长转变观念、学校高度重视和社会积极引领四个方面进行阐述,提出提升农村中小学劳动教育实效性的对策。
With the promulgation of the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era and the promulgation of the“Double Reduction”policy,labor education has attracted more and more attention.Labor education is an important part of all-round development of students and the basis of the development of“Five Education”.Paying attention to labor education in rural schools is of positive significance to promote rural revitalization and development.However,due to the influence of exam-oriented education and various adverse factors,labor education is ignored in society,schools and families,and most students fail to establish a scientific outlook on labor in rural primary and secondary education.This paper expounds the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of labor education in rural primary and secondary schools from four aspects of students conscious practice,parents change of ideas,schools high attention and social active guidance.
