家园区协同视域下幼儿品格教育策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 拥有良好品格是完满人生的基础,也是调和人际关系、维护社会稳定的重要因素。幼儿期是幼儿品格形成与发展的关键期,对幼儿一生的发展起着至关重要的作用。通过文献梳理和调查发现,当前幼儿品格存在过度以自我为中心、胆怯自卑、缺乏同理心和责任感等问题。究其原因,主要是幼儿品格教育主体单一,家长和教师教育理念的不一致内耗了幼儿品格教育的合力,幼儿品格培养场地尚未走出幼儿园大门。因此,在家园区协同视角下,对幼儿品格教育提出新的策略,即教育主体观念一致;厘清各自职责及其沟通协调机制;优化品格教育环境;加强沟通协作交流,从而共同致力于幼儿品格发展。 Having a good character is the foundation of a perfect life,and an important factor in reconciling interpersonal relationships and maintaining social stability.Early childhood is a critical period for the formation and development of children's character,which plays a crucial role in their development of children's life.Through literature review and investigation,it is found that there are problems of excessive self-centeredness,timidity and inferiority,lack of empathy and responsibility in current children's character.The reason is that there is a single subject of character education for children,the inconsistency of parents and teachers educational concepts consumes the joint force of character education for young children,and the training venue of character development for young children has not yet gone out of the kindergarten gate.It is necessary to propose new strategies for character education of young children from the perspective of home-kindergarten collaboration,that is,consistent concepts of educational subjects;clarification of their respective responsibilities and their communication and coordination mechanisms;optimization of the environment of character education;strengthening of communication and collaboration,so as to work together to develop children's character.
