对接工业生产全流程教学方法:以《电气控制技术实训》为例

摘要 为培养适应高新技术产业的高技术电气控制综合人才,电气控制教学团队在设备研发和教学方法做出创新,根据学生未来工作岗位确立教学目标,自主研发实训教学设备,利用实际工程电气元件,着重培养学生的实际工程项目操作能力,课程学习完全按照实际工程任务的操作步骤开展,推出对接工业生产全流程的教学方法,根据工业生产实际流程进行教学设计与实施。在教学实施过程中注重因材施教,分层训练,致力于实现人人可成才的目标。对接工业的教学改革解决了“学与用”两层皮的难题,为学生从事机电一体化专业电气安装调试类工作提供了基础。 In order to cultivate high-tech electrical control comprehensive talents adapted to high-tech industries,the electrical control teaching team has made innovations in equipment design and teaching methods:teaching goals are established according to students’future jobs;teaching equipment for practical training is independently developed;and students’actual engineering project operation skills are cultivated by using actual engineering electrical components.The course training is carried out completely in accordance with operation steps in actual engineering tasks,this paper introduces a teaching method of docking industrial production process in training course,in which the teaching design and implementation are carried out according to actual process of industrial production.In the process of teaching implementation,students are taught in accordance with their abilities,in which training are divided into different levels.This teaching method aims to achieve the goal that everyone can be cultivated into a skilled person.The teaching reform of docking industry solves the problem of“learning and using are divided into two layers”,and provides a foundation for students who major in Mechatronics and engage in electrical installation and commissioning work.
