提升企业师傅职业能力助力现代学徒制人才培养

Cultivating Talents Under Modern Apprenticeship System by Improving Enterprise Masters’Professional Ability

现代学徒制旨在深化校企合作、加快产教融合,以技术技能培育为主的现代人才培养模式。企业师傅的职业能力是学校和企业关注的焦点,也是实现现代学徒制人才培养目标的重要因素。选取三家企业中的107名企业师傅为研究对象,综合运用问卷调查和实地调研方法,探究提升企业师傅技术技能、质量意识、组织协调、自主创新等四方面能力和素质对现代学徒制的推动作用。通过数据的呈现与分析,提出机械制造业企业师傅的职业能力培养策略,包括提升企业师傅的组织管理能力;提高企业师傅的专业技术技能;培养企业师傅的学习创新;加强企业师傅的产品质量意识,以期为企业师傅职业能力生成提供借鉴与思考,促进现代学徒制人才培养工作达到预期目标。

Modern apprenticeship system is a modern talent training mode which aims to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,accelerate integration of industry and education and focus on the cultivation of technical skills.The professional ability of enterprise master is not only the focus of colleges and enterprises,but also an important factor to achieve the aim of modern apprenticeship talent training.Taking 107 enterprise masters from three companies as the research object,the study uses questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation method to probe the effect of masters’quality and skills from four aspects,including technical skills,quality awareness,organization and coordination,independent innovation.Based on presentation and analysis of the data in research,this paper proposes professional ability training strategies for masters in machinery manufacturing enterprises,including improving master’s organizational management ability,professional and technical skills,learning and innovation ability,product quality awareness.The research offers references and ideas for the cultivation of enterprise masters’professional ability,which can promote modern apprenticeship talent training work to achieve expected goals.
