承德市乡村振兴的职业教育人才供给策略研究

Vocational Education Talent Supply Strategies for Rural Revitalization in Chengde

对国家乡村振兴战略人才供给问题进行了研究分析,对承德市乡村振兴发展和职业教育现状进行了调查,从落实乡村振兴国家战略、发挥职业教育功能、提高职业教育办学质量、提升承德农村人才质量出发,提出专业设置、科技服务、职业培训、招生就业、文化传承等5个方面的职业教育为乡村振兴提供人才供给的对策,提出发挥政府、部门、院校、企业各自作用,建立起“政府统筹、部门联动、院校参与、农民主体”的乡村振兴人才供给的有效机制,实现人才振兴、乡村振兴的目标。

Talents supply in national strategy of rural revitalization is analyzed in this paper,investigations are made on the current situation of rural revitalization and vocational education in Chengde.Starting from the following perspectives of implementing national strategy of rural revitalization,giving play to the function of vocational education,improving vocational education quality,and optimizing rural talents in the city,the study puts forward five vocational education strategies from aspects of major setting,technology services,vocational training,recruitment and employment,and cultural heritage.In addition,the government,sectors,colleges and companies should also play their own parts in setting up an effective rural revitalization mechanism for talent supply with the features of“government coordination,sectors linked,universities participation,and farmers’dominate role”.Thus,the goal of rural revitalization with a quality workforce can be achieved.
