党的发展理念以生产力与生产关系的基本矛盾为历史逻辑主线,围绕“何为发展、为谁发展、如何发展、如何高质量发展”的发展主题,历经新民主主义革命等四个阶段的演进理路。该演进图景体现了合规律性与合目的性的统一,表征着一脉相承与守正创新的契合,映照出理论、实践双向互动的内因与国际发展环境变化的外因的结合三层逻辑。党的发展理念在历史征程中的探索史昭示:一是坚持党的领导是实现党的发展理念与时俱进的根本保证,二是深刻把握生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动规律,及时调整发展理念,三是坚持以人民为中心的发展主体论,四是党的发展理念需凸显马克思主义政治经济学理论意蕴。

based on the historical logic of the contradiction between the productive forces and the relations of production and aiming at dealing with the four questions,which are"what is development?for whom to develop?how to develop?and how to develop with high quality?",The CPC's philosophy of development has evolved through four stages,including the New Democratic Revolution and so on.This evolution process reflects the unity of regularity and purposefulness,the combination of inheritance and innovation,the consideration on the internal factors of the interaction between theory and practice and the external factors of the changing global environment.The exploration history of the CPC's development in its historical journey shows the following four points.Firstly,adhering to the CPC's leadership is the fundamental requirement to ensure that the CPC's development philosophy keeps pace with the times.Secondly,the development philosophy should be timely adjusted by fully understanding the law of the contradiction between productive forces and relations of production.Thirdly,we should insist on a people-centred philosophy of development.Fourthly,the development philosophy needs to highlight the theoretical implications of Marxist political economy.
