极端主义是恐怖主义的思想根源,文化是思想认识形成的前提,文化一旦被恐怖组织、极端组织等恶意利用,容易形成极端亚文化。极端亚文化渗透进人们思想观念中会导致思想异化,思想虽无形但可从外在和内在表现体现出极端亚文化元素,该元素渗透进历史文化、教育教材和宗教信仰就可能造成歪曲、篡改和误导。思想去极端化的路径包括:增强对历史文化的正确认知,加强教育教材的审核监督,准确阐释宗教教义,加大反恐法治文化宣传力度等。

Extremism mind is the ideological root of terrorism.Culture is the premise of mental cognition.Once culture is maliciously used by terrorist organizations and extremist organizations,it is easy to form extreme subculture.The penetration of extreme subculture into people’s ideas will lead to alienation of thought.Although it is intangible,thought can reflect extreme subcultural elements from the external and internal manifestations.These elements will distort,alter,and mislead historical culture,educational materials,and religious beliefs.The path to de-radicalization of ideas includes:enhancing the correct understanding of history and culture,strengthening the review and supervision of educational materials,accurately interpreting religious doctrines,and increasing the promotion of anti-terrorism legal culture,etc.
