当代大学生法治思维现状、问题及培养对策

Research on Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures for Cultivating the Thinking of Contemporary College Students on Rule of Law

法治思维是指基于对法律的信仰,自觉遵守法律法规,并利用法律规范去认识、解决实际问题的思维方式。作为实现民族复兴的新生力量,大学生树立法治思维对于提升个人能力、推动建设社会主义法治国家具有重要意义。然而,目前大学生的法治思维仍存在不成熟、不稳定、实践能力较弱的问题。对此,需以问题为导向,从课程构建、师资培养、舆论治理、社会氛围、自主学习等方面着手,高校、社会、大学生三方合力培养,理论与实践相结合,逐步提升大学生法治思维水平,为推进法治中国建设贡献力量。

Rule of law thinking refers to a way of thinking based on the belief in the rule of law,consciously abiding by laws and regulations,and using legal norms to analyze and solve practical problems.As the new force to achieve national rejuvenation,it is of great significance for college students to establish rule of law thinking to improve their competency and promote the construction of a country under the rule of law.However,the rule of law thinking of college students is still immature,unstable and weak in practice.Therefore,universities,society and college students should form a joint force,take a problem-solving approach to make efforts in curriculum construction,teacher training,public opinion management,social atmosphere building,independent learning,and so on,combining theory with practice,in order to cultivate and gradually improve the rule of law thinking level of college students,contribute to the promotion of the rule of law in China.
