公安院校青年教师工作满意度正向影响因素研究

A Study on the Positive Influencing Factors of Young Teachers’Job Satisfaction in Public Security Colleges

以公安院校青年教师为研究对象,通过大量调研分析,将院校的政策制度、发展空间、薪酬待遇和工作环境纳入影响青年教师工作满意度的研究视域中,对各变量对青年教师工作满意度的影响作出研究假设并进行实证检验,认为政策制度、发展空间、薪酬待遇和工作环境等都对公安院校青年教师工作满意度具有一定的正向影响,并在此基础上提出加强顶层设计、强化师资和环境建设等提升青年教师工作满意度的策略。

This paper takes young teachers in public security colleges as the research object.Based on a large number of research and analysis,the policy system,development space,salary and working environment of colleges and universities are included as factors influencing young teachers’job satisfaction.Research hypotheses on the relationship between young teachers’job satisfaction and personal characteristics are made.Empirical test results show that all those factors have a positive impact on young teachers’job satisfaction.On this basis,practical countermeasures are put forward to improve the job satisfaction of young teachers.
