本文对《化妆品生产经营监督管理办法》中生产许可章节内容与《化妆品生产许可工作规范》内容进行对比研究,分析了《化妆品生产经营监督管理办法》对化妆品生产许可管理的调整思路及举措,以期为我国化妆品监管人员及企业人员提供参考。

By comparing the provisions of product license in the Provisions for Supervision and Administration of Manufacturing and Marketing of Cosmetics with the contents of the original Guideline for Cosmetics Production Licensing,this paper studied and analyzed the ideas and measures of the Provisions for Supervision and Administration of Manufacturing and Marketing of Cosmetics on the adjustment of the production license management of cosmetics to provide a reference for the regulators and cosmetics enterprise personnel.
