卤米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of halometasone cream combined with carbotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors

目的:探究卤米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病患者的临床疗效及对患者皮损指数和炎症因子的影响。方法:将260例银屑病患者按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各130例。观察组采用卤米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗,对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、皮损指数、炎症因子水平、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量指数及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组;皮损指数低于对照组(P<0.05);血清TNF-α及IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);角质层水分含量以及皮脂含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卤米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏能够提高临床疗效,改善皮损情况,降低炎症因子水平,不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of halometasone cream combined with carpotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis and its influence on skin lesion index and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 260 patients with psoriasis were divided into observation group(n=130 cases,halomethasone cream combined with carpotriol ointment)and control group(n=130,carpotriol ointment)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion index,inflammatory factor level,skin barrier function,quality of life index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The skin lesion index of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The moisture content of stratum corneum and sebum content of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The life quality scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Halometasone cream combined with carpotriol ointment can improve clinical efficacy,improve skin lesions,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,less adverse reactions.
