摘要
五加属植物隶属于五加科的一支,系小乔木或落叶灌木。本研究通过对7个物种五加属植物叶绿体基因组进行研究,分析了五加属植物叶绿体植物基因组结构和基因组成,并进行了五加属植物的系统发育学研究。结果表明:(1)五家属植物叶绿体基因组的结构巨头典型的四分体结构,即具有LSC区、SSC区和一对分离的IR区。(2)不同物种叶绿体基因组编码基因数量略有差异(3)五加属植物从系统发育学角度看具有较为亲缘的关系。
The plants of the Acanthopanax genus belong to a branch of the Acanthopanax family and are small trees or deciduous shrubs.This article analyzes the chloroplast genome structure and gene composition of seven species in the genus Acanthopanax,and conducts phylogenetic research on the genus Acanthopanax.The results indicate that:(1)The chloroplast genome of five family plants has a typical tetrad structure with LSC region,SSC region,and a pair of isolated IR regions.(2)There are slight differences in the number of genes encoded by chloroplast genomes among different species.(3)Acanthopanax plants have relatively close relationships from a phylogenetic perspective.
