公路大桥墩体混凝土裂缝的成因与预防

摘要 在公路大桥的施工中,较多地使用混凝土作为桥梁墩体结构建筑材料,但混凝土存在容易出现开裂的问题,这关系着千家万户的出行安全。因此认真分析公路桥梁混凝土开裂的原因,采取相应对策措施进行防治,提升我国公路桥梁的总体性能,保障人们的出行安全。针对公路大桥墩体浇筑混凝土时出现裂纹的成因进行分析,通过分析确认公路大桥墩体混凝土开裂主要受温差、塑性收缩、建筑材料不良和施工技术问题4个方面,气温骤升骤降、混凝土含泥量过大和施工点风速较大等末端因素影响,并对各因素提出相应的预防措施。 In the construction of highway bridges,concrete is often used as the structural building material of bridge piers,but the concrete is prone to cracking,which is related to the travel safety of thousands of families.Therefore,it is necessary to carefully analyze the causes of concrete cracking of highway bridges and take corresponding countermeasures to improve the overall performance of highway bridges in China and ensure people's travel safety.This paper analyzes the causes of cracks in the concrete stone cast on the pier body of highway bridge.Through analysis,it is confirmed that the cracks in the concrete of the pier body of highway bridge are mainly affected by temperature difference,plastic shrinkage,poor building materials,construction technology problems,sudden rise and fall of temperature,excessive mud content in the concrete,large wind speed at the construction site and other terminal factors,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures for each factor.
