摘要
根据工作中积累的实践经验,指出哈尔滨地区冬季排水管道在设计、施工以及维修养护方面经常发生的问题根源并提出解决措施和具体操作方法,仅供同行业人员参考。
According to the practical experience accumulated in the work,this paper points out the root causes of the problems often occurred in the design,construction and maintenance of drainage pipelines in Harbin in winter,and puts forward the solutions and specific operation methods,which are only for the reference of people in the same industry.
