摘要
随着互联网的快速发展及网络用户的增多,获取文献资源的渠道逐渐开始转向互联网,对高校图书馆学科服务带来强烈冲击。面对这种不利局势,高校图书馆急需提高学科服务的针对性、有效性及专业性,以高水平服务重新回到客户视野。本研究以在北京石油化工学院跟踪科研课题开展学科服务的经历,指出了科研课题服务由被动转为主动、服务定位与科研课题同步、服务团队高素质和服务内容个性化等特点,并针对性建立了科研课题的学科服务策略,分享了服务过程中的注意事项。
With the rapid development of the Internet and the increase of network users,the channels for obtaining literature resources gradually turn to the Internet,which brings a strong impact on the subject services of university libraries.In the face of this unfavorable situation,it is urgent for university libraries to improve the pertinence,effectiveness and professionalism of subject services,so as to return to the view of customers with high-level services.This study focuses on the experience of tracking scientific research projects and providing subject services at Beijing Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology.It points out the characteristics of scientific research project services,such as transitioning from passive to active,synchronizing service positioning with scientific research projects,high-quality service teams,and personalized service content.It also establishes a targeted disciplinary service strategy for scientific research projects and shares considerations during the service process.
