医养结合养老机构老年人护理服务需求评估指标体系的信效度检验

The reliability and validity test of the evaluation index system of nursing service needs of the elderly in medical and nursing institutions

目的:检验医养结合养老机构老年人护理服务需求评估指标体系的信度及效度。方法:该研究采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取医养结合养老机构488名老年人进行调查研究,采用项目分析法对条目进行筛选,采用内容效度及结构效度进行效度分析,采用Cronbach′sα系数、折半信度及重测信度进行信度分析。结果:指标体系的Cronbach′sα系数为0.930,折半信度为0.737,重测信度为0.888;条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.830~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.938;提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为66.421%。结论:医养结合养老机构老年人护理服务需求评估指标体系具有良好的信度及效度,可为医养结合养老机构科学合理地评估老年人护理服务需求提供依据。

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system of nursing service needs of the elderly in medical and nursing institutions.Methods:In this study,a total of 488 elderly people from medical and nursing institutions were selected by multi-stage random sampling method for investigation and research,items were screened by item analysis method,content validity and structure validity were used for validity analysis,Cronbach′sαcoefficient,broken half reliability and retest reliability were used for reliability analysis.Results:The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the index system was 0.930,the broken half reliability was 0.737,and the retest reliability was 0.888.The content validity index at the item level(I-CVI)was 0.830~1.000,and the content validity index at the scale level(S-CVI)was 0.938.Six common factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.421%.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of nursing service needs of the elderly in medical and nursing institutions has good reliability and validity,which can provide the basis for scientific and reasonable evaluation of the nursing service needs of the elderly in medical and nursing institutions.
