Research progress on the relationship between frailty and loneliness in the elderly

主要从衰弱和孤独感的概念、流行病学特征、评估工具、相关性、不良结局5个方面对国内外老年人衰弱和孤独感进行综述,提高医务人员对老年人衰弱与孤独感关系的认识,引起护理工作者对老年人衰弱和孤独感的重视,及早筛查出衰弱和孤独感人群,使得该人群尽早得到干预。

This paper reviews the frailty and loneliness of the elderly at home and abroad mainly from the concept,epidemiological characteristics,assessment tools,correlation,and adverse outcomes of frailty and loneliness,so as to improve the understanding of the relationship between frailty and loneliness of the elderly,cause the nursing workers to pay attention to the frailty and loneliness of the elderly,and screen the population with frailty and loneliness as early as possible,so that the population can get intervention as early as possible.
