床旁端坐呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者肺功能和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Bedside Sitting Breathing Training on Pulmonary Function and Sleep Quality in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析床旁端坐呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭无创正压通气患者睡眠质量及呼吸功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月金湖县中医院呼吸与危重症科收治的接受无创正压通气治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗和针对性护理干预,观察组在其基础上实施床旁端坐呼吸训练干预,比较2组呼吸功能指标以及睡眠质量。结果:干预后,观察组临床结局和睡眠质量较对照组更好(P<0.05);干预后,2组FVC、FEV1明显升高,且观察组均更高(P<0.05)。结论:床旁端坐呼吸训练可以显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭无创正压通气患者的肺功能指标和睡眠质量,患者临床结局更好,风险事件发生率更低,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bedside sitting breathing training on sleep quality and respiratory function of COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,80 patients with aecope complicated with respiratory failure who received noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the respiratory and critical care department of Jinhu County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and targeted nursing intervention,and the study group implemented bedside sitting breathing training intervention on the basis of it.The respiratory function indexes and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the clinical outcome and sleep quality of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,FVC and FEV 1 increased significantly in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedside sitting breathing training can significantly improve the pulmonary function index and sleep quality of patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure,with better clinical outcomes and lower incidence of risk events,which is worthy of clinical application.
