观察穴位按摩对子痫前期患者睡眠及血压控制的临床影响

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Acupoint Massage on Sleep and Blood Pressure Control in Patients with Preeclampsia

目的:分析穴位按摩对子痫前期患者睡眠及血压控制的临床影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2022年10月包头医学院第一附属医院收治的子痫前期患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规药物治疗,观察组行穴位按摩治疗,比较应用效果。结果:观察组各项匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规药物治疗,穴位按摩可帮助子痫前期患者提高睡眠质量,控制血压,延缓病情进展,临床上有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint massage on sleep and blood pressure control in patients with pre-eclampsia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with preeclampsia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine medication treatment,while the observation group received acupoint massage treatment to compare the application effects.Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional drug therapy,acupoint massage can help patients with preeclampsia to improve sleep quality,making blood pressure control more satisfactory and delaying the progression of the disease,which is of clinical value.
