摘要 目的:探究Teach-back健康教育模式在老年高血压患者中的应用和对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的老年高血压患者134例临床资料作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。按照干预方法不同分为观察组(n=70)和对照组(n=64),观察组患者采用Teach-back健康教育模式,对照组患者使用常规健康教育方式进行护理,比较2组患者干预前后血压、睡眠质量、高血压健康素养评分情况。结果:干预后,2组患者收缩压和舒张压均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量优良率为87.14%,显著高于对照组71.88%(P<0.05);干预后2组患者高血压健康素养总分及各维度得分均上升(P<0.05),观察组各项得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者采取Teach-back健康教育模式能够有效降低血压、提升认知水平、健康素养及睡眠质量。 Objective:Explore the effect of health education mode on blood pressure and sleep quality in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 134 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into observation group(70 cases)and control group(64 cases)according to different intervention methods.The patients of the observation group were treated with the Teach-back health education model,and the patients of the control group were treated with the conventional health education method.The blood pressure,sleep quality and hypertension health literacy scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased in two groups,and the observation group′were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of good sleep quality in the observation group was 87.14%,which was significantly higher than the control group(71.88%)(P<0.05);After the intervention,the total score and each dimension score of hypertension health literacy in the two groups increased,and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back health education model for elderly hypertensive patients can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve cognitive level,health literacy and sleep quality.
