心理护理对老年精神分裂症患者的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing on Elderly Schizophrenics and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:研究心理护理对老年精神分裂症患者的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年2月厦门市仙岳医院收治的老年精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理,比较2组老年精神分裂症患者的认知能力恢复情况、阴性与阳性症状评分、羞耻感和幸福感评分、睡眠质量评分、社会功能评分。结果:心理护理下老年精神分裂症患者疾病认知评分、护理认知评分高于常规护理,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理下老年精神分裂症患者阴性症状评分、阳性症状评分低于常规护理,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理下老年精神分裂症患者精神疾病内在病耻感量表(ISMI)评分低于常规护理,总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分高于常规护理,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理下老年精神分裂症患者睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分低于常规护理,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理下老年精神分裂症患者日常生活、社交、动性交往评分评高于常规护理,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理对老年精神分裂症患者的应用效果显著优于常规护理,该护理方法对老年精神分裂症患者睡眠质量具有积极影响,因此心理护理更具推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing on elderly schizophrenics and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychological care.The cognitive recovery,negative and positive symptom scores,shame and happiness scores,sleep quality scores,and social function scores of the two groups of elderly schizophrenia patients were compared.Results:The disease cognition score and nursing cognition score of elderly patients with schizophrenia under psychological care were higher than those under routine care,and the difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative and positive symptom scores of elderly schizophrenia patients under psychological care were lower than those under routine care,and the difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under psychological care,the score of the Intrinsic Disorder Shame Scale(ISMI)for elderly schizophrenia patients was lower than that of routine care,while the score of the Overall Wellness Scale(GWB)was higher than that of routine care.The difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality,sleep disorders,sleep duration,and sleep efficiency in elderly schizophrenia patients under psychological care were lower than those under routine care,and the difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily life,social interaction,and dynamic interaction scores of elderly patients with schizophrenia under psychological care were higher than those of routine care,and the difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of psychological nursing on elderly schizophrenic patients is significantly better than that of routine nursing.This nursing method has a positive impact on the sleep quality of elderly schizophrenic patients,so psychological nursing has more promotion value.
