全面护理方式对癫痫患儿睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Sleep Quality of Children with Epilepsy

目的:探究全面护理方式对癫痫患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年2月福建省泉州市妇幼保健院收治的癫痫患儿92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行全面护理,比较2组睡眠质量、癫痫持续时间和发作次数以及临床疗效。结果:经护理干预后,观察组患儿在PSQI入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍与日间功能等各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的癫痫持续时间、癫痫发作次数均少于对照组(P<0.05),临床治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理方式能够显著提升癫痫患儿的睡眠质量,并显著缩短其癫痫持续时间与发作次数,疗效更优,有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on sleep quality of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 92 epileptic children admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.The sleep quality,duration of epilepsy,number of seizures and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of PSQI sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05);The duration of epilepsy and the number of seizures in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality of children with epilepsy,and significantly shorten the duration of epilepsy and the number of seizures.The curative effect is better.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
